Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, Bx-Nalysis Inc. provides individualized, evidence-based behavior support services for children and adults in California residential programs. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Qualified Behavior Modification Professionals (QBMPs) have extensive experience supporting individuals in Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes (EBSH), Service Level 4 Community Care Facilities, Community Crisis Homes (CCH), and other specialized DDS-regulated residential settings. Bx-Nalysis advocates a true scientific approach coupled with evidence-based practices, while maintaining the core purpose of the work: to ultimately create a better and more enjoyable life for our population by embracing compassion and empathy.

Veronika Najaryan, M.A., BCBA, QBMP
The founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bx-Nalysis, Veronika is a compassionate leader with extensive education and experience to guarantee effective and legally compliant behavioral modification services for your organization. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional who holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with over 15 years of experience in the field.
Lev Levon, Chief Operating Officer
Lev has 19 years of experience in public sector management, serving in high levels of management and executive roles for various Los Angeles County Departments, including the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. He is a seasoned people and operations manager with extensive expertise in labor law, employee conflict resolution, company-wide policy creation, contract management, legal analysis, and regulatory compliance. He is passionate about the study of Sociology as it applies to creating fair and accurate outcomes through research and science-based decision-making.
Joven Lim, Executive Assistant
Joven brings over a decade of experience in executive operations and strategy, supporting senior leadership across hospitality, business services, and international teams. A detail-driven operations and executive support professional, he specializes in executive support, operational optimization, data-driven reporting, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.
