Bx-Nalysis is an applied behavior analysis agency specializing in creating personalized, effective behavior support strategies for individuals in residential settings. Our professional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Qualified Behavior Modification Professionals (QBMP) bring extensive experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and needs within EBSH, Community Care Facilities (Levels 4A through 4I), Crisis Homes, and Specialized Residential Facilities. The founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bx-Nalysis, Veronika is a compassionate leader with extensive education and experience to guarantee effective and legally compliant behavioral modification services for your organization. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional who holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with over 15 years of experience in the field.
Lev Levon, Chief Operating Officer
Lev has 19 years of experience in public sector management, serving in high levels of management and executive roles for various Los Angeles County Departments, including the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. He is a seasoned people and operations manager with extensive expertise in labor law, employee conflict resolution, company-wide policy creation, contract management, legal analysis, and regulatory compliance. He is passionate about the study of Sociology as it applies to creating fair and accurate outcomes through research and science-based decision-making.
